Who am I, you may wonder. I shall not answer you to that question, because I am trying to be anonymous. This brings a little mistery to whom I might be, I know, but it might happen that I am a very well known and important person and I am trying to keep my life private,... or maybe not. Maybe I am some nobody somewhere which just gets a lot of attention.

This blog has a philosophy behind it so it's not just going on without any content basis. I am making posts according to some rules and general guidelines and I shall try to make a list of them here.

1. all content is in English
2. every post fits to some cathegory
3. if some material fits some other section it shall be moved there
4. all comments get moderated
5. old items that receive no attention shall be removed
6. comments may be merged into posts and posts with comments may be merged into pages if necessary

And of course, there are other rules as well, but these are the most important. About rule number 3, I must say that if a post in the blog section looks technical in nature and expresses not an opinion or news but rather scientifically accepted material (not to be discussed but learned from) it shall become an article in the articles section (I'll do it myself this change).
